Marietta Willis

Marietta Willis is a serial entrepreneur who has always had a passion for helping others and loves the idea of being considered a dependable person. Blessed to have achieved much in life she wants to help others find the same success.

For the past 6 years, she has served as Vice President of the Success 1st (Success First) 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth to share their ideas, goals, and experiences while encouraging peers to do the same. Success 1st seeks to ensure that youth realize the advantages of making their goals of success their primary focus.

She has also volunteered and served as Co-Chair of the Pink Ribbon Café for the Susan G Komen Houston Race for the Cure for 4 years. The Pink Ribbon Café serves the survivors of breast cancer during the race each year.

Marietta Willis serves as the CEO of several entities. Richmond Capital Solutions, LLC a nationwide multi-facet financial firm that helps investors, businesses owners, and consumers establish financial sustainability by assisting in the procurement of capital beyond the confines of conventional lending criteria. Strategic Growth Alliance 366 LLC, one of the leading minority- owned, and wom(en) owned, business consulting, development, and procurement agencies providing premier support services to established and aspiring entrepreneurs. SGA TV Network and SGA Faith Network, entertainment platforms built entirely around the content of independent artists and 366 SkyLounge and Event Center.

Marietta was recently honored as a recipient of the 2021President’s Lifetime Achievement Award and Volunteer Service Award for her commitment to building a stronger nation through volunteer service. She was also presented with a Certificate of Congressional Recognition by Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee.
