Patrick M. “Marty” Lancton, an 18-year firefighter and paramedic, is president of the Houston Professional Fire Fighters Association (HPFFA) Local 341.
After graduating from Strake Jesuit High School in Houston and the TEEX program at Texas A&M University, Marty began his career as a firefighter in Cedar Park and West University before joining the Houston Fire Department.

Before his election as president of the 4,000-member HPFFA, he served numerous positions within the association. He is president of the HPFFA Charitable Foundation. He also is District 6 Vice President of the Texas State Association of Fire Fighters (TSAFF).

Marty and his family reside in Houston.
