6th Annual MLK Youth Parade-Houston

The 6th Annual MLK Day Youth Parade is expected to attract more than 200,000 Spectators, while hundreds of thousands more will view the parade on television. The Parade will feature participants from across the U.S. and will be lead by the Wossman High School Marching Band-Monroe, La-Directed By Elmo Claverie Additionally, there will be 7 Exquisite floats /25 Marching Bands / 100+ Performing Groups / Various Dignitaries & Community Organizations. The 18th Annual MLK Grande Parade is expected to attract 300, 000 Spectators with Hundreds of Thousands more will view The Parade on TV.  The Parade will be lead by The University of Houston “The Spirit Of Houston”Marching Band and will consists of :

- 10+ Professionally designed floats

- 22+ marching bands

- 150+ Performing Groups

- Various Dignitaries & Community Organizations
