FEATURES THIS YEAR: The MLK Grande Parade is the third largest Parade in the U.S. behind The Rose Parade and The Macy’s Day Parade. The 15th Annual MLK Grande Parade will be televised by KHOUTV/ Channel 11, a CBS affiliate, and 500, 000 Spectators are expected. KHOU TV has a Viewing Audience of more than 4,000,000. The parade consists of: -15+ Professionally designed floats -30+ marching bands -150+ Performing Groups Participating in the MLK Grande Parade on Monday. The 3rd Annual MLK Day Youth Parade will be televised by KHCW TV,CW 39 and 250,000 spectators are expected, while hundreds of thousands more will view the parade on television. The parade features -7 Exquisite floats -15 marching bands -100+ Performing Groups Participating in the MLK Youth Parade on Saturday. Important Note: Nationwide / Multicultural Broadcast:The 2009 MLK Grande Parade will also air and be shown to a National and International TV Viewing Audience in Spanish and Chinese through our Broadcast Partnerships with NTD TV-New York and UNIVISION TV.
